Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
Transfer via: International flight – your arrangement
Up on arrival in Hanoi , we will be welcomed by Vietnam Typical Tours car and driver, transferred to hotel in the city center, check in and relax. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City tour ( L)
8.00: We’ll pick you up from your hotel take you to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho – and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969.
9.30: You’ll visit the One Pillar Pagoda, which is actually a group of structures that collectively make up a pagoda built over the water in the middle of a square lake.
After that, you’ll have a chance to explore the Tran Quoc Pagoda on the shore of west lake. From there, it’s onto the Temple of literature, which was Viet nam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius.
12.30: You have lunch at the restaurant in the Old Quarter. Afterwards, you’ll visit Hoan Kiem Lake – the heart and soul of Hanoi.
You’ ll stop in at Museum of Ethnology.This superb museum showcases the depth of Vietnamese cultural diversity with an astounding collection of 15,000 artifacts gathered from throughout Vietnam. Maps, displays and dioramas are labelled in Vietnamese, French and English.Displays portray a typical village market, the making of comical hats and a Tay shamanic ceremony; videos show the real thing. You can also check out a traditional Black Thai house reconstructed in the museum. There’s also a centre for research and conservation where scientists from all over the world study traditional Vietnamese cultures.
15.30 – 16.00: Take the car come back your hotel.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong bay (L, D)
07:45 – 08:15: Pick up at your hotel and depart for Ha Long City.
12:30 – On arrival at pier, you will board your Imperial Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by professional and friendly crew. Check into cabin.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
06:00 – You can wake up early for taking beautiful photos of sunrise
07:00 – Enjoy your breakfast, coffee, tea, fruits.
08:00 – Visit Surprising Cave – the most beautiful one in Ha Long Bay.
09:00 – Back to Imperial Cruise for check-out. Keep cruising towards Ha Long Bay, passing by hundreds of islands and islets with different shapes depending on your imagination.
10:00 – Cooking class opened right on the cruise.
11:00 – Farewell Lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor.
12:30 – Get on the bus to Hanoi.
17:00– Transfer you back to your hotel.
Day 5: Hanoi – Fly to Hue – free time.
This morning we catch a one-hour flight to Hue. You will have free time in the afternoon.
Day 6: Hue city tour (L)
At 08.00, Our guide and driver pick you up at your hotel to discover Hue. We visit is Emperor Minh Mang’s Mausoleum, Emperor Khai Dinh’s Mausoleum. Enjoy a Performance of Vo Kinh Van An – a Vietnam Traditional Kungfu. Continue our visit to Emperor Tu Duc’s Mausoleum. Stop on the way to see how conical hats and incense sticks are made. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon, visit Imperial capital during Nguyen Dynasty and the seven – storey Thien Mu Pagoda on the riverbank. Return by boat on the gentle Perfume River and do not miss the sunset on the river. You will come back your hotel at 17.30pm..
Day 7: Hue – Hoi An ( L)
We travel through the high pass of Hai Van with its spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean en route to Hoi An. On the way we also visit Cham museum, China Beach and the marble village. In the afternoon we will enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town with its narrow, winding streets, visiting the Fukien Assembly Hall, the 200 year old Tan Ky house, the Japanese covered bridge, the Hoi An Museum and the handicraft workshops. After that we are free to go shopping, go to the nearby beach, or even have some clothes made which can be picked up the very next day.
Day 8: Hoi An – Free day
Today we are free at our leisure.
Day 9: Hoi An – My Son ( L)
At 8.00, Our guide picks you up at hotel and leave Hoi An for visiting My Son Holly Land – the ruins of Cham people and was an imperial city during Cham dynasty. Here you can have more chance to explore and understand of technique of Old Cham people in making red bricks to build Tower which still now a secret to everyone, you can see a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 65 architectural works. It also surprises for those who are curious with architectural art. In 1999, UNESCO labeled the Cham architecture in My Son as a World Cultural Heritage Site. Moreover, you have chance to enjoy traditional music performed by Cham girls in their colorful uniforms.
12:00 AM: Leave My Son and transfer to boat – station, get on boat cruise along Thu Bon river to traditional craft village of Thanh Ha pottery and Kim Bong carpentry villages. A snack will be served on boat. Arrive Hoi An river dock at 3PM.
Day 10: Hoi An – Fly to Ho Chi Minh free time
We will take a short flight to Ho Chi Minh city early this morning, and you will have free time at your leisure.
Day 11: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta ( L)
8 am, Leave Ho Chi Minh city, enjoy the scenic journey along the way bordered by green rice fields. On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by the locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through fruit plantations and villages. Proceed to Can Tho. Overnight in the hotel (family home-stay with dinner can be arranged on request). Free time to visit bustling Can Tho market.
Day 12: Mekong – Ho Chi Minh City (L)
Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river ( Bassac River), then proceed to visit Cai Răng floating market (& Phong Dien is optional), which are the liveliest in the whole religion.
Have you ever tasted Vietnamese vermicelli soup? Well, now go and see how it is made. Then wander around the village and meet the friendly local people and experience how to cross a “Monkey bridge” which is built by only o¬ne stem of bamboo. Visit the orchard garden. Stop for lunch. Back to HCM city at around 5 pm.
Day 13: Ho Chi Minh City Free time

Day 15: Hochiminh city tour and Cu Chi Tunnel one day (L)
8 am Morning, Ho Chi Minh City tour. We start the trip by visiting Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, followed by exploring the Reunification Palace, and the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum.
Afternoon, leave Ho Chi Minh for Cu Chi. Explore Cu Chi Tunnels. Located 60km from HCMC, Cu Chi is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists – the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. Finish the tour at around 05.30pm.
Day 16: One day free time for shopping and relaxing
This day you will have free time to relax at hotel and go out for shopping souvenirs for family. Enjoy local food is amazing.
Day 17: Ho Chi Minh City – Departure
Your leisure time until we transfer you to the airport for departure flight.
